1. Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using OrlandoNell.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.
2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioural profiling. Fonts are served locally. Privacy-conscious, cookieless analytics may be provided by the hosting platform to measure aggregate page use and limited interactions without collecting the contents of contact messages.
Who is responsible for your data (Data Controller)
The data controller for this website is the operator of OrlandoNell.com. For any privacy request, contact support@orlandonell.com.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form data: If you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, and message you provide solely to read and reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the consent checkbox on the form.
- Server access logs: Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may briefly log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request time to keep the site secure and operational. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security and reliability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Aggregate site analytics: The hosting platform may record page views and limited, privacy-safe interaction events such as opening a recommendation or refreshing public map data. These events do not include your name, email address, contact message, or the map searches you enter. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding whether the website works as intended (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Map services: When you open the San Francisco calls map, your browser requests the Leaflet library from unpkg and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Those providers necessarily receive ordinary network information such as your IP address, browser details, and the requested resource. We do not send them your contact-form information. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the requested interactive map (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Theme preference: We store a single light or dark theme setting in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your choice. This functional preference contains no personal data and is never sent to us or shared.
What we do NOT collect
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies
- No device fingerprinting or behavioural profiling
- No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties
- No automated decision-making or profiling
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, then deleted. Server access logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider for security purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
International transfers
This website is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from the EU/EEA or UK, the personal data in your message will be processed in the US. We keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to reply to you.
2a. Call Recording and Transcription Privacy Terms
These terms apply to calls placed to or received from the following Orlando customer-service telephone numbers:
Notice and consent
Calls using these numbers are recorded and transcribed only after the caller is informed and gives consent. At the beginning of a call, an automated message or representative will explain that the call will be recorded and transcribed. Where the law requires affirmative agreement, recording will not begin until the caller agrees. If you do not want the call recorded or transcribed, tell the representative. The representative will continue the call without recording or transcription.
Information collected
A call recording may contain your voice, statements, and information you choose to provide. A transcript is a written conversion of the conversation and may contain errors. Telephone-service records may also include the telephone numbers involved, call date, start time, duration, and similar technical call information. Please do not provide passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for the customer-service request.
Purpose and prohibited uses
Recordings and transcripts are used only for customer-service quality review and training. They are not used for advertising, behavioural profiling, automated decision-making, sale, rental, or any unrelated purpose. A recording or transcript may be preserved or disclosed when required by law, valid legal process, or a binding regulatory obligation.
Google Voice
Google Voice provides telephone services used for these calls and may process call recordings, transcripts, and call metadata on our behalf. Google’s handling of information is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where Google operates.
Access, security, and retention
Access is limited to the website operator, representatives who need the information for quality review or training, and authorized service providers supporting the telephone service. Reasonable safeguards are used to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Recordings and transcripts are scheduled for deletion within 30 days of the call. Copies retained temporarily in service-provider backups may remain for a limited period under the provider’s backup and deletion procedures.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask the representative not to record or transcribe the call. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with a recorded call, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, by emailing support@orlandonell.com. Include the telephone number used and the approximate date and time of the call, but do not send sensitive information by email.
3. Your rights (EU/EEA & UK)
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the following rights over your personal data under the GDPR / UK GDPR:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: Ask us to limit how we use your data
- Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent: Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
3a. CCPA (California) Compliance
For California residents under the CCPA: we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may request access to or deletion of any personal information you have submitted by emailing support@orlandonell.com.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

7. Public Data, Maps & Attributions
San Francisco public safety data
The San Francisco calls page is an independent presentation of the City and County of San Francisco's Law Enforcement Dispatched Calls for Service: Real-Time and Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services Dispatched Calls for Service datasets. OrlandoNell.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the City and County of San Francisco, the San Francisco Police Department, the San Francisco Fire Department, the Department of Emergency Management, or any agency shown in the data.
The City states that the law-enforcement feed updates every 10 minutes and is delayed by an additional 10 minutes. The Fire and EMS dataset updates daily, contains one row per responding unit, and may be substantially older than the law-enforcement feed. This website combines duplicate Fire and EMS unit responses under their shared call number for display. City data may also be incomplete, inaccurate, out of sequence, changed, or removed. The City does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or correct sequencing. This website may briefly cache the latest successful responses or show an older snapshot when a city feed is unavailable. Do not rely on this map to report an emergency, determine whether help is coming, make safety decisions, identify a person, or establish facts for legal or investigative purposes. Call 911 for emergencies.
Some records omit or obscure locations to protect privacy and sensitive activity. This website maps only coordinates released by the City. It does not infer withheld locations, attempt to re-identify anyone, or combine the data with other sources for re-identification.
Except where a dataset states otherwise, DataSF makes its data available under the Open Data Commons Public Domain Dedication and License 1.0. Use remains subject to the City's DataSF Terms of Use.
OpenStreetMap and Leaflet
Interactive map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License. Map rendering uses the open-source Leaflet library, distributed under the BSD 2-Clause License.
